Year 6 Transition to Haydon Bridge High School On Tuesday 30th June, our Year 6 pupils will attend their Transition Day at Haydon Bridge High School. This is an exciting opportunity for children to spend the day in their new form groups, meet staff and fellow students, explore the school environment and experience some of the learning opportunities on offer. The day is designed to help pupils feel confident, prepared and excited about the move to secondary school in September. We know this is an important milestone and are pleased that our Year 6 children will have the opportunity to begin building relationships and familiarising themselves with their new school. Information has been shared with families relating to arrangements for transport on this date but any queries, please get in touch with our school office.
